Grand America Hotel

*The registration fee includes 2 nights accommodation at the Grand America Hotel. You must, however, reserve your guest room using the “Reserve Room” link below. When you reserve your guest room, the Grand America reservation site will display the cost of your stay, but your card will not be charged for your 2-night stay. Your card will only be charged for rooms booked in excess of 2 nights.

Event FAQs

All payments are processed via PayPal using your PayPal account or credit card. Please scroll to the bottom of the payment page to enter your credit card information.

Use the booking link provided on the INDEX registration page to reserve your hotel room. Even though INDEX is paying for your 2-night stay, you still need to reserve a guest room using the booking link. The hotel booking form will record the cost of the 2 nights, but your card will not be charged. Your card will only be charged if you wish to stay beyond the 2 nights offered by INDEX. 

When you reserve your stay at the Grand America, the booking system automatically computes the cost of your stay. Your card will  be charged for the 2-night stay. Your card will only be charged for rooms in excess of 2 nights.

The INDEX registration fee includes all meals for the duration of the conference plus 2 nights’ accommodation at the Grand America. The registration fee does not include airfare or other transportation. If you reserve more than 2 nights at the Grand America Hotel, the hotel will charge you only for rooms in excess of 2 nights.

The conference is intended for Heads of School and Chief Financial Officers. 

Business casual attire is recommended.

All attendees are added to a Conference specific Google Group through which we distribute important information, including the list of attendees and agenda.

Rideshare and taxis are available at the Salt Lake City Airport (12 minutes). The Green Line from Airport Station to Courthouse Station (.9 miles walk, 45 minutes).

Cancellations must be sent in writing to Becky McGrath at becky@indexgroups.org by August 15, 2023, to receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Refunds cannot be issued after August 15, 2023.
